These are the terms for service from Lancaire Mechanical Services Inc.. Work is performed as described on the estimate you approve, at the price on it; any change is quoted before it is done. Payment terms, deposits and warranties are stated on each estimate and invoice.

SMS Terms

Program. Lancaire Mechanical Services Inc. service texts. When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send messages about your service: appointment confirmations and reminders, a technician on the way, and links to your estimate or invoice. Our on-call technicians also receive after-hours dispatch pages. We do not send marketing texts.

How you opt in. By giving your number and agreeing to texts when booking service by phone with our office, on the request form at lancairemech.com/contact, or on an estimate you sign.

Frequency. Message frequency varies with your service. Most customers receive a few messages around each visit.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.

To stop. Reply STOP to any message and you will receive one confirmation and nothing more. You can opt back in by giving us your number again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
